Construction Updates
December 19, 2025
Over the past week, major behind-the-scenes work has continued to move the building closer to completion. Most of the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems above the ceiling are nearly finished. Sidewalks on the north and west sides are complete, with the south side almost done. Drywall installation is well underway, and exterior windows and storefronts are nearly finished. We’ve also made good progress on the parking lot area, entrance curb, and even began installing the stone veneer on the outside of the building.
In the coming days, work will focus on preparing and stoning the parking lot, continuing interior wall framing, and finishing drywall installation. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and stormwater work will continue above the ceiling. Grading for curbs and landscaping will move forward, and construction will begin on the walls around the dumpster area. Overall, the building is steadily taking shape inside and out!
December 12, 2025
Last Week
Great progress continued this week. Most of the electrical conduit and duct work is now complete, and all mechanical units are installed. Plumbing and fire alarm work above the ceilings moved forward, and insulation passed its inspection. Drywall is well underway, sidewalks and grading are moving along, and storefront installation is almost finished.
Coming Up Next Week
Work will focus on grading the parking lot for asphalt, continuing electrical and plumbing rough-ins above the ceilings, and moving forward with duct insulation and interior framing (including columns, soffits, ceilings, and the stage). Storm water work will be delayed until the parking lot is further along. Sidewalks, curbs, and landscaping prep will also continue.
December 5, 2025
This past week, the steeple was installed, brick and sewer work were completed, and sidewalks were poured along the front and one side of the building. Windows arrived on site and installation began. Major progress continued on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and insulation work, and all wall rough-in inspections passed.
Next week, crews will keep moving forward with above-ceiling electrical, plumbing, fire alarm work, duct insulation, wall framing, and ongoing sheetrock, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. Drywall installation will begin fully on Tuesday, and grading for the parking lot and landscaping will continue as weather allows.
