Building Update
This week brought a lot of great progress! Electric and mechanical systems are steadily moving forward, the brickwork is finished, and major utilities like sewer and plumbing are getting close to completion. Work around the sidewalks has begun, and the team has fully completed the mechanical lines behind the sanctuary stage wall—an exciting milestone!
Looking Ahead
In the coming week, crews will keep pushing forward on sidewalks, electrical conduit, duct work, plumbing, and fire alarm systems. Brickwork should be fully wrapped up, drywall work will continue, and storm water installation is scheduled to begin.

Building Update – Last 7 Days
Good progress continued this week! Most of the major systems are well underway. The interior walls are nearly all framed, and the mechanical units and duct work are close to complete. Outside, the exterior finishes are moving along nicely, and the transformer is now fully installed. Sewer work is about three-quarters done, and crews have started on both plumbing and fire-alarm rough-ins. Drywall has just begun, and the storm-water line from the pond is slowly progressing.
Looking Ahead – Next 7 Days
In the coming week, crews plan to begin grading for sidewalks and start insulating the duct work. Work will continue on electrical conduit, duct work, storm-water installation, interior framing, exterior finishes, drywall, plumbing, and fire-alarm rough-ins as the building moves steadily toward completion.
November 7, 2025
Over the past week, most of the exterior work has wrapped up — the roofing, insulation, and column framing are complete, and the transformer is nearly ready to provide temporary power. Inside, wall framing and ductwork are almost finished, and mechanical units are being installed.
In the coming week, crews plan to begin drywall, duct insulation, and grading for the sidewalks, along with connecting the water line. Work will also continue on electrical, mechanical, and exterior finishes.
