Construction Updates

October 17, 2025

Great progress this week! The roofing, wall framing, and insulation are each around 75–80% complete. The curb and backfill work are nearly finished, and crews have made big strides on electrical and mechanical systems. Interior walls are beginning to take shape, and the transformer is almost ready to go!

In the coming week, work will continue on the roof, framing, insulation, and exterior finishes, along with steady progress on electrical, mechanical, and stormwater systems. Things are really coming together!


October 10, 2025

The roof is nearly three-quarters complete, walls are going up inside and out, and insulation is well underway. Crews have installed the transformer and are preparing to start on the mechanical units soon. The brick on the exterior has begun as well! Over the next week, expect to see steady progress across all areas as the structure continues to come together!

Our building is coming to life! 🚧

This week we saw some exciting progress: roofing hit 70%, walls are going up inside and out (some Sunday school classes have framing!), ductwork and electrical are in motion, and even two new exterior doors were installed. Brick and stone have arrived, ready to dress things up soon!

Coming up next week: more roofing, framing, and ductwork, plus the exciting start of exterior finishes and mechanical units. Things are really taking shape!

Sept. 26, 2025

This past week, big strides were made! The roof is now 70% complete, interior wall layouts are finished, and electrical conduit for data boxes and outlets is fully installed. Exterior walls and sheathing continue to rise, while faux column framing and stormwater work have just begun.

Looking ahead, roofing, framing, and curb work will keep moving forward. Mechanical ductwork and units are also set to begin, marking an exciting new phase in the project!


Sept. 19, 2025

This past week, roofing reached 70%, backfill and curbs neared completion, and interior wall layout moved to 90%. Exterior wall framing advanced to 65%, with initial work on sheathing, faux columns, and mechanical systems underway. In the coming week, crews will continue these efforts while also beginning installation of the storm water line from the pond.

This past week roofing, curb work, interior wall layout, and exterior framing all made steady progress, with roof lining and braces completed. In the coming week, crews will continue roofing, backfilling, curb work, wall framing, and Dens Glass (weather resistant wall board), while also starting the storm water line and faux column framing.
