Construction Updates

Sept. 5, 2025

In the past week, crews made steady progress with roofing (65%), exterior wall framing (50%), and nearly finished curbs and interior wall layouts (both around 90%). Awning steel and roof framing were completed, and grout was placed under base plates. In the coming week, work will continue on roofing, curbs, backfilling, interior wall layouts, and exterior wall framing.

August 29, 2025

This week we saw progress on the roof awnings, curb, exterior wall framing and layouts for both interior and exterior walls. Next week, work will continue on these things plus sewer line and roof framing will begin as well.

        • Insulation and roof panels expected to continue

August 15, 2025

There were lots of delays due to rain this week, but the curb around pond was poured. Next week, roofing panels will continue to be installed and exterior wall framing and steel for awnings are expected to be begin construction.


August 8, 2025

This Past Week

  • Curbs poured from the dumpster pad to CB-4

  • Sewer prep began

  • Silt fence installed for erosion control.

Next Week:

  • Work on the curbs will continue

  • They’ll begin installing insulation and roof panels

  • Framing the outside walls of the building will get started


August 1, 2025

This week and next the exterior structural steel will continue to be installed. Curb and sewer installation will begin soon.
