Construction Updates
November 7, 2025
Over the past week, most of the exterior work has wrapped up — the roofing, insulation, and column framing are complete, and the transformer is nearly ready to provide temporary power. Inside, wall framing and ductwork are almost finished, and mechanical units are being installed.
In the coming week, crews plan to begin drywall, duct insulation, and grading for the sidewalks, along with connecting the water line. Work will also continue on electrical, mechanical, and exterior finishes.

Building Update – This Week
The new church building is really taking shape! The roof is nearly finished, and exterior walls are fully framed with insulation almost complete. Inside, walls and ductwork are well underway, and the mechanical systems are coming together quickly. Outside, the curbs, backfill, and faux columns are progressing nicely, and even the transformer and mechanical units are nearly installed.
Looking Ahead
Over the next week, crews will keep moving forward on all these areas—roofing, interior walls, electrical, and finishing touches on the exterior.

Great progress this week! The roofing, wall framing, and insulation are each around 75–80% complete. The curb and backfill work are nearly finished, and crews have made big strides on electrical and mechanical systems. Interior walls are beginning to take shape, and the transformer is almost ready to go!
In the coming week, work will continue on the roof, framing, insulation, and exterior finishes, along with steady progress on electrical, mechanical, and stormwater systems. Things are really coming together!
